Fenugreek is a plant seeds that can increase breastmilk. To me, it not really increase breastmilk supply, but it does help to maintain it. Can give it a try if breastmilk supply not enough for baby, but must consult doctor for mummy who just give birth. Can get it from Pharmacy or GNC. However, my breastmilk become lesser and lesser. Thinking to stop soon, really impressed with mummy who can continue breastfeeding their baby until 1 year old, even 2 years old. Em, I believe I can do it better for my 2nd baby ^-^
